Underwater light testing in different climatic conditions

 

The test sample of the Dive Electronics DE-1500 underwater light was tested during 8 month in different conditions at White Sea, Norwegian Sea, Ladozhskoe Lake, Finnish Gulf, and Red Sea, and in several waters in the North-West Region of Russia.

Temperature conditions at open air from -20ºC to +30ºC. In water from -1ºC to +28ºC.

The light approved itself best in Polar Regions, at African heat, and in our North-West region in winter and summer. We revealed some weaknesses in design, but they have been fixed for the moment.

 

 

Examination at the hydraulic test bench

 

All the lights are tested at the hydraulic test bench. The operating depth is 250 m.
